At Roodlane Medical, we provide private GP and health screening services for our patients,As a Roving Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of our medical centres. Other's may think this is just a role in Reception but to us, you'll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.What you'll do:Meet and greet all patients, visitors, GP's and staff and assist with their enquiriesHave a good understanding of the medical system and the relevant Microsoft office programsIssue clients with the necessary paperwork and explaining formsDeal with face to face, telephone and E-Mail queries with an excellent telephone manner and communication skillsWork collaboratively with the Registered Manager and Clinical staff to deliver the patient journeyBe visible, accessible and approachable for staff, patients and the public and ensure effective communication and resolution of any on site enquiries or escalation of complaints to the Senior Receptionist as needed.Work across several prestigious clinics all situated in Central London,What you'll bring: Previous knowledge and experience in the hospitality, service or healthcare industry would be advantageousGood general level of education to GCSE level or equivalent, 5 GCSEs or more preferred at C grade or above (demonstrated through a competency-based interview) or equivalentExcellent spoken and written EnglishComputer literate with proven experience of Microsoft Office and experience of information systemsWhy HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world's leading healthcare providers.
