Supported Housing Partnerships Officer Surrey • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential • Role requires travel to multiple office and scheme locations at least 4 days per week • Home working available 1 day per week Key Responsibilities • Deliver customer-focused housing management services across a supported housing and partnerships portfolio • Act as the principal point of contact for managing agents, commissioners and support providers • Manage contracts, relationships and service performance to support vulnerable residents • Provide intensive housing management to residents with identified support needs • Carry out void management including inspections, referrals, risk assessments, affordability checks, sign-ups and system updates • Investigate and manage tenancy breaches using informal and formal interventions • Lead on ASB, debt, crime and nuisance cases including notices, court action, hearings and evictions • Complete regular property inspections, health and safety checks, fire drills, legionella testing and compliance monitoring • Work closely with support providers and agencies on complex cases including safeguarding and capacity issues • Hold quarterly liaison meetings with partners to review SLAs and service delivery • Escalate service or safeguarding concerns in line with policy • Facilitate access for repairs, servicing and statutory compliance including FRA actions • Support planned and cyclical works alongside internal property teams • Respond to complaints and resident feedback, driving service improvement • Be visible across schemes and offices to meet resident and business needs Key Criteria • Demonstrable experience working in supported housing or housing-related support • Proven customer-facing experience with a strong focus on service quality • Experience managing partner or agent relationships and monitoring performance • Working knowledge of health and safety and property management legislation • Experience managing or supporting projects • Strong communication skills across face-to-face, phone and written channels • Confident negotiator with the ability to influence outcomes • Highly organised, able to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure • Detail-focused, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision • Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners • Willing to learn and commit to ongoing professional development • Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent If this sounds suitable for you, or someone you know, please send an updated CV and contact number to Sean Cloherty at Elevate Projects so we can discuss further
