Growth Marketing Lead

Backed by global partners and trusted by household names, this company is scaling fast and needs a Growth Marketing Lead to drive product-led demand generation and boost ARR. You'll work closely with founders and sales leaders to shape campaigns, generate pipeline, and optimise the full customer journey.
What you'll be doing
* Deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, partner).
* Own paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn and email with a clear focus on ROI.
* Create high-impact content - e-books, factsheets, demo videos, landing pages.
* Partner on co-marketing initiatives to generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
* Track funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, CAC) and drive continuous improvement.
* Keep the website fresh, SEO-optimised and performing at a high standard.
What we\'re looking for
* 3-5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with strong demand gen experience.
* Track record running paid acquisition and email campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Data-driven mindset with analytics, A/B testing and funnel optimisation skills.
* Excellent writing and messaging skills.
* Hands-on with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
* Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Nice to have
* Experience marketing to SMBs and enterprise within tech.
* Familiarity with SEO, content strategy and marketing ops.
* Comfort with websites/landing page optimisation.
The package
* £38k-£40k base (DOE) + bonus scheme.
* Hybrid (3 days in Belfast office).
* 35 days\' holiday (inc. 10 public).
