Responsibilities
* Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
* Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
* effectively oversee the classroom, create, and present engaging lessons.
* Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
* Complete marking and assessments for pupils in KS3 and KS4
* Good knowledge and experience of the UK national curriculum.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* 2 Proven recent and professional references with experience teaching English at the secondary level
* Strong knowledge of English language and literature
* Strong behavior management skills
* Ability to deliver and assess engaging English lessons
