The Opportunity
We arehiring aClientServices Director to join our Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO.We are looking for astrongleader who can manage C-suite stakeholders & build long term partnerships not just manage delivery teams.
You willleadDelivery,CustomerSuccessand Consultancy teams, ensuring our clients realise measurable value from theLokulusplatform while driving sustainable, profitable growth. You will beaccountable not just for delivery excellence, but for revenue growth, clientexpansionand long-term enterprise partnerships.
You will:
* Own Services P&L,revenueand margin
* Lead renewals, upsells and account expansion within the existing client base
* Drive utilisation,forecastingand commercial rigour
* Act as Executive Sponsor across key enterprise accountsor projects

This role is perfect foryou, ifyou have:
* Led an IT Consultancy or Professional Services function at enterprise scale.
* Owned a Services P&L.
* Acommercialmindsetsharp andyou arecomfortable taking real ownership for revenue,marginand client growth.
* Crediblyand confidence tooperateat C-suite level and act as a trusted executive partner to senior stakeholders.
And you understand how to:
* Deliver complex programmes on time and on budget
* Drive measurable ROI for enterprise clients
* Build forecasting and governance structures that scale
* Turn strong client relationships into long-term commercial partnerships
