Manufacturing Team Leader Duties: * To supervise Manufacturing Operators who are working on/with machinery & tools as per training * To monitor the manufacturing of bespoke products for industrial use. * To ensure items are manufactured to the strictest tolerances and quality standards. * To conduct quality checks as required * To oversee and also assist in stock checking Experience / Qualifications: * You should have sufficient experience of working and supervising within heavy industry. * Experience in machine operation (e.g. milling or lathes), welding (stick or machine), fabrication (metalwork) * An appropriate counterbalance FLT licence is desirable but not essential.
