**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities. This individual will perform various tasks related to the maintenance and repair of equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Ability to handle physical workload and operate hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Repair machinery, equipment, or appliances.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for larger projects.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
