TalentHub is leading the search for a Marketer with line management experience on behalf of a thriving Consumer Leisure brand based in Brighton & Hove.
If you are a data-focused, digital marketer with hands‑on paid media expertise and broader digital campaign experience, ready to drive digital growth, this could be your next adventure!
You’ll take charge of digital campaign execution, focusing on paid media, digital analytics, email marketing, content creation, paid social, and website projects. You’ll work closely with the experienced Marketing Manager and coach a talented team of marketers to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to craft and execute the digital marketing strategy for 2 major brands
* Lead and execute paid media and Paid Social campaigns, and optimise and analyse them. Maximise ROI
* Oversee digital analytics, reporting on KPIs and campaign effectiveness for marketing
* Drive email marketing, A/B testing and email campaign improvement
* Write, edit and update content across the website, leading the marketing team on projects
* Lead social media and website projects, ensuring engaging user experiences
* Coach and support the marketing team’s growth and performance
What you will need
* Proven experience in a Senior Marketing Executive position or Marketing Leadership role where you've overseen junior Marketing Executives
* Proven expertise in paid media (GoogleAds,MetaAds, and knowledge of display/programmatic)
* Digital analytics skills for campaign reporting and performance measurement
* Strong experience in email marketing, content creation, and social media
* Experience in delivering partner digital campaign activity
* Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team of marketers
* Proven success as senior digital marketing executive/manager, digital performance or comms role
* Background in either sports, adventure or travel marketing or an avid interest in these areas
* Budget management skills and the ability to optimise ROI
* Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
* Experience using the tools or similar: AdobeCreativeCloud(Photoshop,InDesign,LightroomandPremierePro),Excel,Mailchimp,Semrush,GoogleAds,MetaAds,GA4,LookerStudio,GoogleSearchConsoleandHotjar
