As we move into the summer term, we’re excited to welcome passionate Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioners to join our warm, supportive and developing team at Shooting Stars Tettenhall.
Whether you’re an experienced practitioner keen to help shape practice, or a newly qualified Level 3 looking for the right environment to build confidence and skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a nursery that truly values its people.
As a newer and expanding setting, you’ll be helping establish strong routines, influencing how we work, and creating meaningful experiences for children and families. You’ll be encouraged to share ideas, develop your practice and grow at your own pace, supported by an experienced and nurturing team.

What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a nursery or early years setting
* Confidence delivering the EYFS, including inclusive practice and SEND support
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
* A positive, reliable team player with a genuine passion for early years
Your Role
* Act as a Key Person, supporting a group of children
* Plan and deliver engaging, child‑led learning experiences
* Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
* Contribute to high‑quality practice and Ofsted readiness
