The role
involves owning business analysis workstreams, translating requirements into CLM configurations, supporting technology selection, and designing scalable CLM solutions, while mentoring junior team members.
What your days will look like:
Business Analysis & Functional Leadership
1. Lead current-state assessments of contract lifecycle processes, systems, and controls
2. Own functional requirements definition including workflows, reporting, integrations, and data models
3. Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and CLM technology capabilities
4. Act as the functional lead for CLM workstreams on medium to large implementations
CLM Technology, AI & Solution Design
5. Lead or significantly contribute to CLM and AI solution selection engagements
6. Design future-state contracting processes enabled by CLM and AI technologies
7. Build and present functional prototypes and solution walkthroughs
Configuration & Implementation Leadership
8. Design and configure CLM solutions including Contract templates, clause libraries, and metadata architecture; Workflow rules, roles, permissions, and notifications; Dashboards, reports, and integration touchpoints
9. Translate business requirements into detailed configuration and design specifications
10. Lead system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and go-live activities
Architecture, Integration & Technical Workshops
11. Develop high-level solution architecture for integrations between CLM and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, procurement)
12. Conduct technical and functional workshops to understand current-state technology landscapes
13. Collaborate with technical teams on integration and data migration approaches
Pursuits, Stakeholder Management & Firm Contribution
14. Support pursuit teams by reviewing RFPs and developing functional and technical proposal content
15. Deliver CLM product demos to prospective clients
16. Mentor Associates and review their deliverables
17. Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted CLM advisor
18. Develop deep familiarity with PwC systems and engagement governance
This role is for you if you have:
19. Experience in CLM implementation, Business Analysis, or Legal/Contracting Technology
20. Strong understanding of end-to-end CLM processes (certification preferred)
21. Hands-on experience configuring one or more CLM platforms
22. Experience acting as a Functional Lead or Senior Business Analyst
23. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
