Overview
Portfolio HR & Reward is supporting our well‑known client in York who are seeking a HR TUPE Specialist to join their team on a 6‑9 month fixed‑term contract. The role is paying £40,000 and you will be required to attend the office 2 days per week.
Key Duties
* Coordinate and support the delivery of the transition project, working to project deadlines.
* Extract, review and validate employee data from HR & Payroll systems.
* Prepare and validate employee liability information.
* Identify and rectify risks and dependencies.
Requirements
TUPE experience and strong organisational skills are a must to succeed in this role. Availability to start ASAP is preferred.
