Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated level 3 qualified Childcare candidate to join our team and provide quality care for children in our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe and nurturing environment for them.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Implement early childhood education activities and programs
- Drive children to and from activities or school as needed (not necessary)
- Manage day-to-day childcare tasks and routines
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supervising children
- Conduct activities in English to support language development
- Provide childcare for children of varying ages, 5 to 15 years.
- Create a stimulating and engaging nursery environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
- Knowledge of childhood (5 to 15 years) education principles and practices
- Ability to drive safely with a valid driver's license
- Strong leadership skills to manage groups of children effectively
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written (Preferably- Bilingual)
- Certification or training in childcare is a plus
