The Role – Marketing Manager, Aesthetics (UK & Ireland)
An award-winning business within the aesthetics industry is looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across the UK & Ireland for a premium skincare portfolio, while also supporting the wider injectable portfolio. This is a strategic and hands‑on role with responsibility for delivering integrated B2B and D2C marketing plans that drive brand awareness, practitioner engagement, patient demand and revenue growth, both online and offline.
You will take ownership of campaign strategy and execution across digital, social, content, PR, email and events, while working closely with sales, training and senior leadership teams. The role also includes leading product launches, managing budgets, analysing performance, overseeing events and conferences, and developing a high‑performing marketing team of two.
Location
UK & Ireland focused role. Office‑based with travel as required for events, clinics and partner meetings.
Requirements
* 5+ years’ marketing experience within aesthetics, skincare, injectables, medical devices or a related sector
* Strong understanding of both B2B and D2C marketing strategy
* Experience delivering campaigns across digital, content, events and brand channels
* Previous leadership experience with responsibility for managing or mentoring a team
* Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, reporting and ROI
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, training and senior leadership
