Our client, a market leading estate agency in Liverpool are currently looking to expand their team with a brand new opportunity for an experienced property manager, to work within their busy office in the city centre.
Working within a team of professionals, the role will be busy and challenging. You will primarily be responsible for handling reactive repairs and pro-active maintenance of a portfolio of residential properties, a mixture of professional and student lets. You will be tasked with taking ownership of post move in landlord and tenant relationships, your priority to ensure that all clients are provided with an exceptional service.
Working closely with the Office Manager, your main daily duties will include:
* Being the first point of contact for all landlord and tenant queries
* Arranging maintenance with contractors
* Organising and obtaining relevant safety certification
* Meeting with contractors on site
* Meeting tenants and landlords
* Carrying out inspections
* Assessing contractor work
* Negotiating and revising costs
* Providing an exceptional level of customer service
* Managing relationships with landlords
* Any other tasks as assigned to you by management or Directors
We are looking for a highly professional candidate, a confident residential property manager who can service an extremely busy portfolio whilst ensuring a high level of customer service is provided.
You must have experience within residential property management/lettings to be considered for this role, you must also possess good dispute resolution skills. You should also have a clean driving licence and your own car.
Working Hours will be Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5.15pm, plus occasional Saturdays (when needed) with a day in lieu.
Salary £20,000 – £22,000, dependent upon experience (plus benefits).
