Position We are looking for someone to join us as a Validations Processor who can monitor ANPR, CCTV and Self-Ticket enforcement, maintaining high levels of data entry and accuracy when issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) to any vehicle in breach of the parking conditions. Each member of the Validations Team has a primary processing area of either ANPR, CCTV or Self-Ticket, but will be cross trained to provide support to other areas, where needed. Responsibilities And Duties To monitor assigned locations and processing areas to issue PCNs for breaches of parking terms To ensure PCNs are compliant with internal and external regulations To support in the resolution of faults To aid in reporting of processed data To report any faults or problems to the Validations Team Leader Requirements Who you are Able to process detailed information effectively and consistently Able to work effectively with others in order to achieve a shared goal - even when the object at stake is of no direct personal interest Able to adjust to existing rules, procedures and policy.
