Restaurant Manager - Manor Farm (Rainham) - Beefeater

Reporting to the General Manager, our Restaurant Managers play a pivotal part in the daily success and running of the restaurant. It’s all about creating a winning team and delivering the best service to our guests.
Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in the recruitment, induction and onboarding of new team members.
* Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication, engaging and motivating the team through pre-shift briefs.
* Drive high individual performance through regular one-to-ones and coaching, ensuring team members understand their goals.
* Maintain high standards and attention to detail to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Show passion for the brand, ensuring the team are knowledgeable and confident.
* Use tools to manage labour and cost margins effectively and drive sales and revenue by acting on guest feedback to maximise opportunities.
* Champion change and implement it with the team in an innovative business environment.
