CT&I Internal Sales Team Leader
As a Team Leader in the front line of our Construction, Industrial and Transport Internal sales team, your role is pivotal in optimising our response and service to our partners and customers. You will ensure the team are taking a proactive approach in regularly speaking to our partners, as well as taking ownership of the development and performance of our people.

Day to day:
You will be pro-active in managing the day-to-day performance, and flow of work, for our current team: from quotation, credit applications, through documentation being signed and returned and finally ready for payout. Your team works closely with our external sales force and our back office teams, to guarantee a joined-up approach in servicing our partners, and enabling our partners to be paid on time. Another key priority of the role is ensuring the team has time to focus on finding new business opportunities and managing their own customer base.
Service Delivery
1. Providing regular, key communications in the team to ensure operational excellence
2. Identifying root causes of process issues and managing resolutions
3. Working on key process improvement projects
4. Determining, monitoring, and managing of team service levels
5. Working across departments to resolve hand-off issues
6. Working with our Digital tools and assisting in managing our E-Commerce information for the team
7. Managing the pricing for our finance schemes for our E-Commerce System and liaising with Sales Manager to ensure all pricing is in line with targets
8. Management Reporting

9. Organising the team to take a proactive approach to generating further business
10. Driving pipeline management within the team
11. Implementation of sales initiatives to drive new business
12. Working closely with our Commercial Finance Team and Asset Sales team for cross selling opportunities.
13. Monitoring usage of our CRM System
14. Monitoring and re-organising the daily workflow within the team and when team members are absent
15. Working with the marketing department to support your team with an annual marketing plan
16. Identifying root causes of process issues and managing resolutions
17. Working on key process improvement projects
18. Handling and solving of operational incidents and complaints
19. Supporting communications and collaboration between departments within DLL
20. Support the Sales Director and Program managers with sales reviews
21. Driving the use of our Digital Tools.
People Management
22. Facilitating team huddles

24. Managing the change impact of new technology on people
25. Working with the training manager to develop high impact training for the team
