We are hiring a Senior Content Strategy Lead to take full ownership of our clients’ content strategy, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
This is a senior, hands-on strategic role. You will be responsible for defining, shaping, and elevating content across multiple accounts.
We are looking for someone who has done this before, understands what works, and can operate with a high level of autonomy and judgement.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
* Own and lead end-to-end content strategy across multiple client accounts
* Define content direction, positioning, and narrative for each client
* Lead on LinkedIn strategy (core channel), including format, cadence, hooks, and distribution
* Review, edit, and elevate content to a consistently high standard
* Ensure content aligns with business goals (growth, visibility, inbound)
* Identify and leverage emerging trends across LinkedIn and other platforms
* Oversee cross-platform content strategy (LinkedIn, X, newsletters, etc.)
* Continuously improve performance through analysis, testing, and iteration
* Maintain consistency in tone of voice, quality, and positioning across all content
REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVES):
Proven experience leading LinkedIn content strategy
* Clear track record of growing personal brands or company presence
* Deep understanding of what performs on LinkedIn today (not outdated playbooks)
Senior-level experience in content strategy
* Experience owning content direction across multiple accounts or brands
* Able to operate independently without guidance
Strong cross-platform understanding
* Experience shaping content across LinkedIn and at least one other relevant channel (e.g. X, newsletters, instagram, TikTok)
Exceptional editorial judgement
* Strong ability to review, refine, and improve content
* High standards for clarity, structure, and positioning
Deep understanding of social media trends
* Actively keeps up with platform changes, formats, and audience behaviour
* Able to translate trends into relevant, high-quality content
Hands-on experience with content creation tools
* Comfortable using modern editing tools (e.g. video, audio, text-based tools)
* Able to guide and improve multimedia content
* Worked on CEOs/Founders LinkedIn personal brands
Experience in fast-paced environments
* Agency, startup, or high-growth environment preferred
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders

* You will be expected to challenge ideas, not just execute them
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
This role is suited to someone who has already operated at a senior level in content and is looking to take full ownership of strategy and execution.
