We are looking for an experienced Administratorto join our team within our busy commercial catering equipmentsales and estimating department to provide quotations forcommercial kitchen equipment.
This is a fulltimepost 37.5 hours per weekMonFri.
Tasks
You will berequired to create control documents for the sale of commercialcatering equipment across a wide spectrum of industries using acomputerised database system and ensure all detailed designs andequipment specifications are followed.
You willreceive full training on the use of the quotes package system andknowledge development of commercial kitchenequipment.
Requirements
Youwill maintain excellent working relationships with customers andsuppliers and provide other administrative support within the salesteam as required.
The ideal candidate will have agood level of English and Maths and experience of using Microsoftpackages including Outlook Excel and Word. You must be able tocommunicate with people at all levels both verbally and in writingand be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy to provide theprovision of efficient typing of documents and checking of ownwork.
