VP of Sales / Sales Director / Industry Sales Manager to join a leading, growing mechanical service provider of pump solutions.
The VP of Sales / Sales Director / Industry Sales Manager will work remotely, based in the US near a major airport, leading and driving a sales team focused on pump solutions.
Ideal candidates will have a background in pump sales, specifically working with diesel-generated pumps for dewatering, sewage, and drainage applications.

Role Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing a team of outside sales representatives across the West region.
* Providing training and support for new team members and product launches.
* Assisting in the recruitment of new sales personnel.
* Conducting regular company and branch-wide meetings.
* Supporting sales activities including account development, customer visits, proposals, and bids.
* Traveling to meet customers, team members, and management (25%-50% travel).
* Defining and tracking KPIs for the sales engineering team to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Collaborating with engineering departments on pump applications across various industries such as construction, water, municipal, and general industry.
* Attending key meetings, trade shows, and customer events.
* Selling a wide range of pump and control products to key accounts across the US.
Requirements:
* Experience as Head of Sales, Director of Sales, Operations National, Business Development Manager, Sales Country Manager, Global Head of Sales, or similar roles.
* Engineering or business qualification is beneficial.
* Experience selling pump systems like submersible, two-stage, vertical, centrifugal, or progressive cavity pumps; rotating equipment experience is a plus.
* Knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, valves, compressors, hydraulics, pneumatics, or process equipment.
* Experience leading sales teams.
* Located in the USA near an airport; role is remote.
