Service Advisor Role - Chorley Dealership
1. Location: Chorley
2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with alternate Saturdays
3. Salary: Potential to earn up to £32,000 OTE
Our client, a well-established multi-franchise dealership in Chorley, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic aftersales department, acting as the crucial link between customers and the workshop. The successful Service Advisor will be customer-focused and have a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities for the Service Advisor:
4. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service
5. Manage paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs
6. Ensure that customers are updated on the progress of their vehicles
7. Process payments and handle follow-up actions
8. Maintain a high level of organisation and cleanliness in the service department
9. Communicate effectively with customers and the workshop team to ensure efficient service delivery
What We’re Looking For the Service Advisor:
10. Previous experience in the motor industry or as a Service Advisor
11. No specific qualifications required
12. Strong computer literacy and attention to detail
13. A passion for customer service and problem-solving
14. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high levels of organisation
15. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
