Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Care Manager / Care Coordinator based in London. The Care Manager / Care Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of care services, coordinating care plans, supervising care staff, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities also include conducting needs assessments, developing and implementing care plans, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and handling crisis management. The role requires liaising with other healthcare professionals and maintaining up-to-date records.
Qualifications
* Experience in needs assessments, care planning, and client management
* Strong supervisory and team management skills
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
* Strong organizational and crisis management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on-site full-time in London
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare or social care management
* Experience in the care sector is a plus
