Hours per week: 4.5 hours per week - 7:00 am – 8:30 am Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (Times can be discussed at interview)
Location: Abergele, Conwy
Rate of pay: £14.85 per hour
About me
We are looking for a female support worker for an adult female. The support worker will be required to support with her morning routine, support to enable her independence within her home, and support her wellbeing.
Responsibilities
* To work with the client flexibly across prearranged days of the week and engage with activities as specified by the client and carer.
* To encourage the client to get up and dress independently.
* To encourage the client to make their breakfast independently.
* To encourage the client to make their packed lunch independently.
* To encourage the client to be ready for the minibus on time.
* To support with personal care on occasion.
* To be aware of the client’s wellbeing to ensure the client remains safe and well at all times.
* THE CLIENT HAS A SEVERE NUT ALLERGY AND CARE MUST BE TAKEN WITH REGARD TO FOOD.
* To work with the client to enable achievable independence and empowerment where possible and safe to do so.
* Any other duties not mentioned but that fall within the scope of this role should be discussed and then mutually agreed.
* Undertake any further training, as mutually agreed.
