Responsibilities: Adaptable and willing to work across all sections of the kitchen as needed. Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes within assigned kitchen sections, ensuring quality and consistency. Follow the guidance and instructions of the Chef de Partie to support the efficient operation of the section. Comply with all food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and adhere to the club’s food policies. About you: Demonstrable experience working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a similar establishment Genuinely passionate about cooking, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
