As a Senior Customer Consultant, you’llbe the first point of contact for our members, making sure they feel welcome,supportedand valued, whether they visit us in-branch, via telephone or get in touch online.
As a Senior CustomerConsultantyou will:
* Welcome and support customers in finding the right financial solutions.
* Deliver outstanding service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
* Mentor and support a team of Customer Consultants, helping them growand develop.
* Step in for the Branch Manager when needed, contributing to the smooth running of the branch.
* Supporting customers over the phone and through our digital channels.
* Ensuring the smooth running of daily branch operations in line with policy and procedures.
* Staying up to date with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Working collaboratively with your colleagues across the branch network and deliver exceptional service.
