As a Shipping Clerk, the role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their shipping needs. Duties & Responsibilities: This role requires excellent communication skills, as you'll be talking to customers about their current requirements and reserving space on ships based in the UK, Ireland, and beyond. You'll need to be detail-oriented to ensure all reservations are accurately processed and any amendments or cancellations are handled efficiently. The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial, as you'll be dealing with various customer queries and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
