Job Responsibilities:
* Run several projects on one Industrial site.
* Mentor Foreman’s, Journeymen, and apprentices.
* Read schematics and blueprints.
* Assist with planning of work, schedule and cost code reading, structure, development, and material ordering.
Minimum Requirements:
* Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical General Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical systems.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work on tools when needed.
* Working knowledge of Procore.
* Basic computer skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary between $79,040 to $83,200 depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
