The Role:
We deploy small, high-impact squads into businesses navigating complex technical transformation. The talent team sits at the centre of that identifying the right people, building the right squads and making sure the right engineers, product leaders and delivery specialists are in the right places at the right time.
These roles are suited to someone early in their career who wants to develop in a high-quality, delivery-focused environment. You will work directly alongside experienced Talent Consultants on live deployments, with real responsibility from the start.
The work covers market mapping, senior candidate engagement, squad building and contributing to how we continuously improve our sourcing approach. It is a hands-on role inside a team where the quality of the talent placed has a direct impact on the outcomes we deliver for clients.
Responsibilities:
* To continuously build a best in class network of associates that the business can deploy onto projects.
* We need individuals who channel G&F's company values and respectfully represent the business.
* Engaging and credible when interacting with a variety of tech specialists across multiple industries
* Being diligent and understanding the importance of the business model and what is required once associates are put together for a project
* Excellent organisational skills
* Keeping a good understanding of the wider technology landscape and trends to ensure growth opportunities

We are based in Brentwood, and regularly attend meetings in London so you must be able to commute into the office often
