💻️ About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to design, build, and scale a high-performing technical hiring system.
This position involves more than just day-to-day recruitment - you will play a key part in shaping recruitment strategy, processes, and tools while partnering closely with hiring managers across the business.
We’d be glad to find someone who brings deep recruiting expertise, strong market knowledge, and a track record of hiring tech strategic talent.
You’ll be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously improving recruiting processes as we scale.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔸Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions;
🔸Design and implement an end-to-end technical hiring system focused on quality, speed, and candidate experience;
🔸Source, screen, interview and hire senior and highly skilled technical specialists across multiple markets and regions;
🔸Adapt sourcing and hiring strategies to regional market specifics (UK, Europe and other regions);
🔸Build strong, structured partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders;
🔸Define and improve hiring processes, interview frameworks, and decision-making criteria;
🔸Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-hire technical roles;
🔸Use data and metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and outcomes;
🔸Ensure a consistent, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding;
🔸Potentially select, implement, and optimize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
🔍Requirements
🔸Proven experience as a Senior Technical Recruiter or Lead Recruiter;
🔸Strong track record of hiring senior engineers and technical specialists;
🔸Experience building or scaling recruitment processes from scratch or in fast-growing environments;
🔸Deep understanding of technical roles, hiring markets, and sourcing channels;
🔸Experience working across UK and international tech markets;
🔸Experience with ATS tools and recruitment analytics (implementation experience is a plus);
🔸Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution;
🔸Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization;
🔸Fluent / professional working proficiency in English&Russian, as the role involves regular communication with English&Russian-speaking candidates.
