Are you looking to become part of a team providing essential services to the local community? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our admin team as a Medical Records Clerk supporting services at Portree Hospital. Relevant previous administrative experience and excellent communication skills are preferred but not essential.
Role Responsibilities
This position provides administrative support to the podiatry and outpatient departments and various services within Portree Hospital. Responsibilities include working at the main hospital reception/outpatients' reception, answering calls, managing outpatient waiting lists, building clinics, organizing appointments, and handling general enquiries.
Details
This is a full-time permanent position of 37 hours per week, to be worked according to service requirements.
