We welcome applications from individuals hoping to join our team of bank workers supporting our female only hostel in Liverpool You would be able to provide the highest possible standards of support to vulnerable females and work in an effective and cooperative manner in a team environment. A natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals in crisis would be vital. You would be able to accurately and efficiently record information in case notes and support plans. To work in our hostel, you will have experience of supporting vulnerable females via a trauma aware, strengths-based program of empowerment and confidence-building; Enabling them to personally grow, develop and achieve their personal goals within safe and comfortable environment, whilst working towards greater independence and a more permanent housing solution.
