Job Title:
Temporary Office Manager / Site Administrator

Location:
Coventry

Rate:
£15.38per hour

Contract Duration:
ASAP Until 30th November 2025

Hours:
8am - 4pm, Mon-Fri

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager or Site Administrator to join our team in Coventry on a temporary contract running until the end of November. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site, supporting operational and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage DSE (Display Screen Equipment) risk assessments for the site, reporting and correcting issues where possible.
* Provide general administration support including filing, writing letters, taking notes, and creating presentations.
* Prepare, collate, and complete data for weekly and monthly reporting deadlines.
* Take minutes and meeting notes, distributing them to relevant stakeholders.
* Order and manage office supplies and stock within a fixed budget.
* Ensure all colleagues are trained in line with both hard and soft FM (Facilities Management) requirements.
* Create and maintain effective administrative systems across the site.
* Support engagement initiatives to promote a positive working environment.
* Identify and support the development of team members, contributing to succession planning.
* Use internal HR systems and processes to support best practice in people management.
* Oversee payroll and absence management processes to reduce disruption and maintain engagement levels.
* Provide financial administration support where required.
* Demonstrate professionalism and uphold company values in all activities.

Person Specification:

* Qualified and experienced in administration or office management.
* Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident with Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
