Description About the Role BallyCara is a values-driven, not-for-profit organisation passionate about inspiring healthy and happy living across generations. We’re proud of the relationships we build and the care we deliver — and we’re looking for a Customer Service Officer (Rostering/Scheduling) to join our Scarborough-based team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm located on our amazing Scarborough site. Reporting to the Service Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of BallyCara services by providing exceptional customer service and coordinating effective staff scheduling. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering warm, professional, and responsive customer service to clients and staff Coordinating staff schedules and maintaining accurate, efficient rosters Managing shared inboxes and liaising with multiple teams to ensure timely service delivery Identifying opportunities to improve scheduling processes and efficiencies Representing BallyCara’s values and client-centred approach in every interaction Skills And Experiences About You You’re organised, approachable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people. You enjoy working as part of a team, take pride in your work, and bring empathy and professionalism to every interaction. You’ll bring: Good experience in rostering or scheduling, ideally within aged care, home care, or a health setting A qualification in Human Services, Business, or Administration (Cert III minimum; Diploma highly regarded) Strong administrative, organisational, and time-management skills Excellent problem solver Confidence working across shared inboxes and multiple IT systems A genuine interest in supporting older people to live well and independently A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a busy environment Experience in Support at Home, HomeCare and CHSP will be highly desirable Role Requirements Satisfactory police check (or willingness to obtain through BallyCara) Right to work in Australia COVID and Influenza vaccinations highly recommended What We Offer Full-time, permanent employment A supportive and values-driven workplace culture The opportunity to do meaningful work that makes a real difference A welcoming team that truly lives BallyCara’s SONA® (Happiness) values Ready to Join BallyCara?
