- Work as part of a care team providing high-quality care
- Promoting & Safeguarding the welfare of residents
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity & privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal cirucmstances
- To support residents & ensure personal care tasks are carried out to enhance & support the independence of the resident, in-line with their Care Plan(s)
