1. Registered Nurse or registered ODP
2. Teaching and Supervision qualification
3. Level 6 Qualification
4. Evidence of Continuous professional Development e.g. Theatre course
Desirable criteria
5. L6 or above academic level
6. Management training
Knowledge and Experience
Essential criteria
7. Extensive experience in theatre scrub and team lead in orthopaedic theatre
8. Evidence of continuous Professional Development
9. Teaching and assessment experience
10. Theatre Experience min 3 - 4 speciality
Desirable criteria
11. Knowledge of current issues in operating theatre
12. Knowledge of people management

13. Ability to organise day to day theatre activities
14. Abilty to Lead and delegate appropriately in Theatre
15. Excellent verbal and written and interpersonal communication skill
