Project Co-ordinator
Location: Queen’s Hospital, Romford
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,500–£37,500 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Project Co-ordinator to support our Project Management functions at Queen’s Hospital, Romford. You’ll play a key role in tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring smooth project governance — helping us deliver high-quality outcomes across estates and FM services.
What You’ll Do
Support the development and enforcement of project management processes and governance
Assist Project Managers with large-scale projects, risk reviews, and lessons learned
Maintain project trackers, compile monthly reports, and monitor progress
Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and finance teams to ensure timely access and invoicing
Provide full project administration support including planning, documentation, and updates
Develop and maintain project templates and tools
Champion continuous improvement and uphold Sodexo’s values and standardsWhat You Bring
Experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within estates/FM
Familiarity with structured project management frameworks and lifecycle processes
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
Ability to manage stakeholder relationships with tact and assertiveness
Organised, resilient, and decisive under pressureDesirable:
Prince2 certification
Knowledge of CDM and site safety
Experience with CDM Principal Engineer or Contractor responsibilitiesWhat We Offer
