Job Description

Position Purpose
You'll direct the creation of value through supply chain applications via quality, performance, and value-driven governance, aligning the supply chain platforms function across the business to promote and facilitate optimization, stability, security, and efficiency. Prior exposure to Blue Yonder and JDA platforms is essential.
You will be responsible for managing Brambles' supply chain technologies and teams, overseeing platform services including development, data governance, support, and strategic direction. The role involves evaluating all supply chain services, ensuring resilient, responsive, and stable platform usage across a growing global user base, and collaborating with the wider TS organization on demand and performance metrics.
Key Accountabilities
* Provide leadership by setting objectives and priorities, defining platform services, strategies, and roadmaps, and communicating with stakeholders.
* Partner with business leaders to shape strategy, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that improve supply chain services and drive financial effectiveness.
* Develop best practices and a culture of service excellence across teams.
* Establish performance metrics to support operational objectives.
* Influence global technology adoption through coaching.
* Ensure applications are consistent, scalable, and secure by supporting support and development teams.
* Maintain vendor relationships through performance metrics and action plans.
* Act as the escalation point for incidents across supply chain platforms and lead process improvements post-incident.
* Identify areas for continuous improvement collaboratively with platform teams.
* Ensure governance, policies, and processes are followed, including financial planning, procurement, and internal audits.
* Develop organizational structures to enable initiative delivery.
* Manage talent through recruitment, development, motivation, and retention.
* Implement an effective risk management framework.
* Deliver initiatives on time, within budget, and according to success criteria.
Experience
* Extensive experience managing or influencing technical staff and leading change projects.
* Proven success in supply chain design and strategy, linking business platforms to organizational objectives.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain applications support and delivery.
* Experience with SaaS applications, cloud native services, and platform migrations.
* Leadership experience with remote, cross-functional teams across multiple continents.
* Excellent relationship-building and executive influence skills.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
* Master’s degree preferred.
