KFH is London’s largest estate agents with over 60 branches, offering a range of property services including Block Management, Commercial, Residential, and Financial Services. We manage over 15,000 units in London at 130 locations with a combined portfolio worth £10 billion. We pride ourselves on collaboration, experience, and encouraging new thinking. As a sales negotiator, you will help buyers find the right property, support vendors through the sales process from marketing to negotiation, progress a sale, and assist through the final move-in day, while delivering exceptional customer service to buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants, and other parties. You will report to the Branch Director.
Responsibilities
* Daily management of buyers
* Regular communication with vendors regarding the property market
* Generate and conduct viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Sales progression
* Exceptional relationship building with clients including third parties
