Project Manager (Small Changes Team)
Locations available: Stoke-On-Trent, Manchester, Southport, Peterborough, Portsmouth
We have offices based in the above locations; however, we are open to largely remote working with occasional travel to an office.

About the role
Our Project Managers lead the delivery of Change Projects across the Markerstudy Distribution Group. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving multiple projects in the business, varying in scale, complexity, and budget. You will work alongside colleagues across the wider business to support the end-to-end delivery of strategically aligned projects, utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies.
How will you do this?
Joining our growing Change Directorate, you will use your experience in project management to deliver change at pace, demonstrating innovative and efficient ways of working.
You will ensure the safe delivery of change through engagement and collaboration with impacted business areas. We seek someone who is a good communicator and a natural relationship builder, capable of engaging and influencing effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to support effective project delivery.
Using your project management experience, you will manage and execute project processes and controls to ensure effective governance throughout their lifecycle. This includes finance and resourcing, planning, risk management, scope control, benefits management, and reporting.
With a detail-oriented approach, you will report on project data in a simplified way for different audiences. Constantly curious, you will keep learning industry best practices and help foster a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive team culture.

Essential Skills/Experience
* Experience leading small to medium projects
* Experience managing third parties
* Knowledge of industry-standard project management processes and controls – financial control, resource management, risk & issue management, planning, change control, benefits management, reporting
* Formal project management qualification
* Experience delivering projects across multiple business areas
