Alongside this, you will deliver structured, face-to-face 'Health Checks' at care provider sites and write short reports with recommendations.

You will manage your own diary, travel across the region, and take ownership of your activity levels and conversion rates. This role suits someone who is confident, organised, and comfortable working to engagement and booking targets, as well as delivering structured reviews and reports.
As the Care Sector Assurance Lead, you will join the Data Security Protection programme run by Hampshire Care Association, a membership organisation for CQC-registered adult social care providers (nursing homes e.g.). Full training will be provided.
