Your Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons that support children's academic, social, and emotional progress. You'll create a positive learning environment where pupils feel safe, encouraged, and motivated to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum
* Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
* Promote positive behaviour and foster a love for learning
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive school culture
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in KS1 (placements or post-qualification)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A creative, nurturing, and flexible approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil well-being
