What you will do:
* Manage and lead the Integrated Front Door (IFD) Team, fostering a collaborative environment with child protection social workers, early help access point workers, health, police, and partner agencies.
* Oversee the process of receiving and triaging referrals to ensure children’s needs are met promptly and accurately.
* Liaise with professionals, families, and the public to provide expert advice and guidance.
* Develop, implement, and review effective procedures to enhance service delivery and safeguard children effectively.
* Ensure the team meets set objectives, maintaining high standards of practice within all areas of work.
