Location: Eden Hall Day Spa, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week | 5 days out of 7 (including evenings, weekends & holidays)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and help deliver an outstanding food and beverage experience across our spa's dining outlets.

You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your leadership career in a unique and serene hospitality setting.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Assist in managing daily operations of the food & beverage department across multiple outlets
* Lead and support the F&B team to deliver high standards of service and hospitality
* Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and build positive experiences
* Collaborate with the Kitchen team to ensure seamless front and back-of-house coordination
* Support the training and development of team members, fostering a positive workplace culture
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance service quality and guest experience
* Manage team rotas and staffing levels based on business needs
* Hold regular team meetings to align on goals, service standards, and performance targets
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management procedures
* Promote an inclusive and supportive work environment

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a diverse team
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
