Sales Administrator – Courier Company Duties
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing customer bookings for parcel deliveries and logistics services
* Preparing and managing invoices, quotations, and delivery documentation
* Handling customer enquiries regarding delivery status, pricing, and services
* Updating shipment tracking systems and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff for dispatch schedules
* Managing client accounts and service agreements
* Assisting with pricing, contracts, and service reports
* Ensuring compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
* Preparing vehicle sales invoices, finance documents, and order forms
* Liaising with customers regarding vehicle purchases, payments, and delivery dates
* Managing vehicle stock records and updating sales systems
* Processing vehicle registrations with Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency
* Coordinating with finance companies for hire purchase/lease agreements
* Handling part-exchange documentation and valuation records
* Supporting the sales team with reports and customer follow-ups
