Your new roleAs Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Directors and overseeing core business functions. This is a varied, hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys being the central point of coordination within a busy office.
Your responsibilities will include:Director & Administrative Support
1. Diary management and ad‑hoc administrative support for Directors
2. Coordinating internalmunication and assisting with documentation
Invoicing & Finance Administration
3. Preparing monthly draft invoices and raising final invoices
4. Issuing statements, managing purchase orders, and liaising with accounts
5. Chasing outstanding payments and handling invoice queries
6. Maintaining accurate financial registers and spreadsheets
Projects & Document Management
7. Setting up new projects and maintaining project folders
8. Archivingpleted project documentation
9. Supporting Project Managers with document formatting and PDF preparation
People Administration
10. Maintaining up‑to‑date staff records including salaries, bonuses and training
11. Coordinating with payroll providers regarding starters, leavers, tax details and updates
12. Managing expenses, mobile contracts, and holiday records
Quality Assurance &pliance
13. Maintaining key accreditations and supporting annual ISO audits
14. Updating policies, procedures, and onlinepliance portals
General Office Management
15. Managing stationery, PPE, meeting room bookings and office supplies
16. Coordinating shredding, archiving and general office up keep
17. Supporting business development activities, including Christmas events and team functions
What you’ll need to succeed
18. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently
19. Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal
20. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
21. A proactive, team‑orientated approach
22. Experience in an Office Manager, Senior Administrator or similar post
23. Confidence handling confidential information and business‑critical tasks
