About The Job: As a Credit Control Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Service Charges, Ground Rent, and Estate Rent Charges are paid promptly and accurately! Your responsibilities will include: Raising demands using BOSS and ensuring they are sent out correctly. Producing regular reports on accounts in arrears and communicating with Property Managers. Referring unpaid accounts to debt collection agents after two reminders. Communicating professionally with property owners regarding their accounts. Maintaining accurate records and assisting the Finance team as needed. Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to managing tasks. Experience in Property Management, Credit Control, or Corporate Banking is a plus but not essential!
