The Opportunity:We're supporting one of our clients in recruiting an experienced Head of Clinical Services for a Neurological Centre, a specialist 60 bed service supporting adults with complex neurological conditions (currently 45 residents).
This is a 12-month interim maternity cover.
This is a genuinely impactful leadership role where you can step in and take ownership from day one.
You will:Lead and inspire multidisciplinary clinical teams (nursing, AHPs, medical staff)Drive clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk managementOversee audits, incident management, and continuous improvement processesDeputise for the Service Director when requiredMaintain and improve CQC standards and clinical performance
About You:We're looking for someone operating at Matron / Senior Clinical Leadership level who thrives in complex environments.
You will have:Extensive leadership experience within healthcare (NHS or private)Strong background in clinical governance and quality improvementExperience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple departmentsIn-depth understanding of CQC standards and healthcare legislationProven ability to drive performance and lead change
Flexible shifts:8am – 4pm9am – 5pm10am – 6pmOn-call: 1 in 3 weekends
