Solicitor (NQ – 4 PQE) – Family Law

A leading UK law firm is seeking a Solicitor (NQ – 4 years’ PQE) to join its growing Family Law team in Inverness. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative and supportive environment, working on a high-quality and varied caseload.
The Role
You will become part of a well-established and expanding family team, advising on a broad range of matters. The role offers exposure to both complex and sensitive work, including:
Financial provision on separation and divorceChild-related cases (residence, contact disputes)Child relocation and international mattersAdoption and surrogacy casesSheriff Court work, including hearings and case preparationYou will work closely with colleagues on active cases, engaging directly with clients and providing clear, solution-focused advice from instruction through to resolution.
