Salary: Band 5 – £33,247 – £41,424 p.a.

Hours: 37 hours per week
About The Role
We’re looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT Services team at NHS Borders. In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on support to staff across the organisation, helping to keep our technology running smoothly. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, operating systems, and applications, and play a key part in improving how we deliver digital services to support healthcare.

What We’re Looking For
* Has strong desktop support skills and solid infrastructure knowledge.
* Communicates well and provides excellent customer service.
* Has at least 3 years’ experience in a technical support role.
* Holds a relevant degree or equivalent experience/qualifications.
* Understands how digital services can improve healthcare.
