Job Description
A lovely architecture studio near London Bridge is seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to support their growing team as part of a maternity cover. This is a part-time role (2-3 days per week), ideal for someone who thrives as part of a creative team and is looking for a flexible working environment. As this role is maternity cover, the practice intends to have someone in place by mid-January for a handover, with the role live until at least November 2026.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, post, and meeting coordination
* Support diary management and travel bookings
* Assist with invoicing, expenses, and basic bookkeeping
* Liaise with external suppliers and service providers
* Help maintain a welcoming and tidy studio environment
Skills:
* Previous experience in administration or office coordination
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools
* Friendly, professional, and adaptable attitude
* Interest in architecture or design is a plus
* The right to live and work in the UK
